NINO CREMA BAR BLEND

A very rich and full-bodied blend, with an intense aroma and unique creaminess. The NINO CREMA BAR is a blend created in 2020 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Varanini Roasting Company and encapsulates all the experience gained in choosing the best origins, in slow and delicate roasting and in the careful selection of the right proportions of different types of coffee, for a unique coffee.

A blend with a prevalence of Robusta coffee from the best origins and from 40% of selected Arabica quality, for an espresso characterized by an intense aroma, but rich in nuances.

The "Caffè del Nino" are a tribute to Stefano Zappa who in 1970, in Varanini street in Milan, opened a place specialized in coffee roasting, giving rise to a story of passion and taste.

THE VARANINI QUALITY

All Varanini coffee blends are created using only the best Arabica and Robusta coffee beans and are slowly roasted (19-22 minutes) at low temperatures.

The peculiarity of Varanini coffees is the roasting method: each type of selected green coffee is individually roasted to adapt the temperature and duration of roasting to the characteristics of each bean.

In this way, high-quality blends are created that do not contain burnt beans, which cause an unpleasant bitter aftertaste, or beans roasted for too short a time, which greatly increase the acidic tone and leave an astringent sensation.

All our coffees, both the more intense ones and those with a sweeter taste, are always marked by balanced fragrance and aroma and enriched by a fine and persistent cream.
