NINO CREMA BAR - STRONG AND CREAMY ESPRESSO COFFEE BEANS 

Very rich and full-bodied blend, with an intense aroma and a unique creaminess. NINO CREMA BAR is a blend created in 2020 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Varanini roastery and contains all our experience and passion for espresso coffee. It contains all the experience gained in the selection of the best origins, in the slow and gentle roasting and in the careful selection of the right ratio of the different coffees for a unique coffee.

A blend with a predominance of Robusta coffee of the best origins and 40% of selected Arabica quality, for an espresso characterised by an intense but nuanced aroma.

VARANINI QUALITY

All Varanini espresso blends are created with only the finest Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, and are slow roasted (19-22 minutes) at low temperatures.

The peculiarity of Varanini espresso coffee is the way it is roasted: the selected green coffee is roasted individually to adjust the temperature and duration of roasting to the characteristics of each bean.

In this way, high-quality blends are created that do not contain burnt beans, which cause an unpleasant bitter aftertaste, or beans that have been roasted for too short a time, thus significantly increasing the acidic tone and leaving an astringent sensation.

The exquisite Varanini espresso blends, more intense or lighter in flavour, are always accompanied by balanced fragrance and aroma and enriched with a fine and persistent crema.
