SUPER BAR
It is the most balanced blend with a prevalence of Arabica coffee (four different qualities), sweet, aromatic, non-acidic, with a soft and persistent aftertaste, and a balanced and chocolatey body with 20% of the best quality Robusta.
NINO
Blend with a prevalence of Robusta coffee: intense aroma with no traces of acidity, high creaminess, full-bodied, and with a persistent aftertaste.
THE VARENINI QUALITY
All Varanini coffee blends are created using only the best coffee beans from Arabica and Robusta varieties and are slowly roasted (19-22 minutes) at low temperatures.
The peculiarity of Varanini coffees is the roasting method: each type of selected green coffee is roasted individually to adapt the temperature and duration of roasting to the characteristics of each bean.
In this way, high-quality blends are created that do not contain burnt beans, which cause an unpleasant bitter aftertaste, or beans roasted for too short a time, which significantly increase the acidic tone and leave an astringent sensation.
All our coffees, whether the more intense ones or those with a sweeter taste, are always marked by balanced fragrance and aroma, enriched by a fine and persistent crema.
