Super Bar is one of the great classics of the Varanini roastery, it is the coffee you can most often taste in our bars. It is an extremely balanced espresso coffee blend with a predominant share of Arabica coffee (four qualities) and a selection of Robusta coffee, for a sweet, aromatic, non-acidic coffee with a soft and lasting aftertaste and a balanced, chocolatey body.

VARANINI QUALITY
All Varanini espresso blends are created only with the finest Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, and are roasted slowly (19-22 minutes) at low temperatures.
The special feature of Varanini espresso coffee lies in the roasting method: the selected raw coffee is roasted individually to adjust the temperature and duration of the roasting to the characteristics of each bean.
In this way, high-quality blends are created that contain neither burnt beans, which cause an unpleasant bitter aftertaste, nor beans that have been roasted too briefly, thus significantly increasing the acidic tone and leaving an astringent feeling.
The exquisite Varanini espresso blends, whether intense or light in flavor, are always accompanied by a balanced scent and aroma and enriched with a fine and lasting crema.
